Legal Secretary - Social Housing - Norwich

 

A Solicitors firm with a top rate reputation throughout the East Anglia area are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to their specialist social housing team.

 

Duties may include the following:-

 

- Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
- File management including filing of documents along with opening of files, closing of files and archiving.
- Scanning, paginating and photocopying
- Land Registry applications
- Drafting SDLT returns
- Dealing with calls into the team and advising accordingly or taking messages.
- General admin tasks as required.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working as a legal secretary in their current or previous roles. Any experience in working within conveyancing/property with a knowledge/experience of dealing with land registry applications would be beneficial.

 

In addition to the practical experience the successful candidate must be friendly and personable in order to fit into the existing team and to provide a warm and friendly service to all clients that you come into contact with.
