Contentious Probate Solicitor - NQ - 4 years PQE

A highly ranked legal 500 and chambers listed Solicitors firm is looking to recruit an NQ or recently qualified lawyer into their expanding contentious probate team.

The successful candidate for this position will be joining a team with a first rate reputation in this specialist area of practice. The work will be interesting and varied, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors, and trustees.

Any applicants will be expected to demonstrate some experience in this area either as part of their training contract or post qualification role and will be keen to carve out a career in this specialist and growing area of practice
