Residential Conveyancer | Leicester

A well established Leicester firm is looking for an ambitious residential conveyancer to join its growing residential property team.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team and perform duties that contribute to the smooth progression of the conveyancing transactions.

Although the role will have the title of residential conveyancer it may also be suitable for experienced conveyancing assistants that have knowledge and experience at all stages of conveyancing transactions

Duties may include things such as:-

• Keeping clients, other solicitors and estate agents up to date on status of the files
• Dealing with sale enquiries
• Reviewing mortgage offers and searches
• Title checks and raising enquiries
• Drafting client reports.
• Dealing with exchange of contracts
• Completion of transactions
• Drafting SDLT returns.
• Handling all post‑completion matters.
