Employment Solicitor - Head of Department - Oxford

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior level Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 firm in Oxford.

As Head of Employment, you will take a leading role in the delivery and development of the firm's employment law offering.

Joining the team at director level (the firm is Ltd company so director is partner equivalent) you will advise a broad client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing commercially focused advice to employers and businesses across a range of sectors.

Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm, you will also provide employment law support on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and will be a key advisor to the board and HR team within the firm on internal employment law and HR issues.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, likely upwards of 10 years PQE with a strong background in employment law work, and the credibility to lead an established team at Director level,

The salary for the role will depend on experience, but will be a senior level level
