Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate - Birmingham/Hybrid Working

A legal 500 Solicitors practice is looking to add to their highly regarded commercial litigation team in Birmingham.

The work coming into the team at this firm is varied and includes things such as commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, supply of services disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes,  defamation claims, IP disputes and consumer claims.

The firm enjoys a top rate reputation in this area and they deal with clients across a broad range of sectors, from SME companies to large PLC companies.

The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate upwards of 4 years PQE in dealing with commercial litigation matters within a well regarded team. You will have experience of dealing with high value matters including high court, and ideally court of appeal matters.
