Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge/Hybrid Working

A commercial law firm is looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their Real Estate team in Cambridge

This department is rightly seen to be one of the strongest specialist teams in the region.  Due to the strength of their reputation they attract a steady stream of high quality, interesting and varied work into the team, dealing with matters such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and/or land, commercial developments, leases, licences and property finance, working on behalf of clients across a wide range of sectors.

The successful candidate for this position will be ideally be able to demonstrate between 1-6 years PQE working in an established and respected commercial real estate law team in their current or previous positions.
