Commercial Property Solicitor - Norwich/Hybrid

GWR Legal Recruitment have partnered with a Solicitors practice in Norwich to assist them in the recruitment of a0 Solicitor to their commercial property team.

The firm is a well regarded multi service practice based in Central Norwich. They have a particularly strong reputation in commercial real estate and work with clients operating in a range of sectors including housing and commercial developers, retail, hospitality and agriculture.

Due to the strength of their reputation in this area of law the work is interesting and varied and includes things such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and/or land, commercial developments, leases, licences and property finance.

The successful candidate for this role will be likely able to demonstrate upwards of 2 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters in their current or previous roles.

You will be joining a supportive partner led team where there is a good mix of senior and more junior lawyers. Therefore you will have the support and guidance where needed but also the opportunity to mentor and offer guidance to more junior lawyers and apprentices within the team where necessary.
