The Role – Contentious Construction Solicitor

You will join a reputable team advising employers, contractors, developers, consultants and insurers on a broad range of matters relating to dispute arising out of construction projects, work dealt with within the team includes things such as:

• Construction litigation
• Adjudication and arbitration
• Mediation and other forms of ADR
• Payment disputes
• Project delay and disruption claims
• Defects and professional negligence matters

This role offers exceptional exposure to high-value and technically challenging construction cases, with support from recognised experts in the field.
