The successful candidate will be joining a team with a top class reputation for construction work. The team deal with both contentious and non contentious construction matters but there will be a leaning towards dealing with non contentious work in this role.

Therefore experience in dealing with this type of work within a respected construction team will be required in order to be considered for this position.
