GWR Legal is assisting an extremely well regarded regional law firm in the recruitment of a Senior associate to their Corporate & Commercial team.

Based out of the teams Northampton office the successful candidate will be joining an established team with a superb reputation in this area of law. They work with clients across a really broad range of sectors on interesting and varied work which includes things such as M&A, company formations, shareholder agreements, restructuring, joint ventures and a wide range of Commercial contracts/agreements.

Due to the Seniority of the position it is likely that the successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years PQE in Corporate & Commercial matters. You will be ambitious to continue your development as part of a modern and forward thinking law firm.

The successful applicant for this role will be "looked after" in ever sense of the phrase.
