A Solicitors practice with a first rate reputation throughout East Anglia are looking at recruiting an additional employment lawyer to their team.
The Employment team work on behalf of both employee and employer clients on a mix of contentious and non contentious employment law matters including things such as:-
- Drafting and advising on Employment contracts, policies and handbooks.
- Advising on disciplinary processes.
- Supporting and advising on redundancy.
- Settlement Agreements.
- Dismissal claims.
- Discrimination claims.
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:-
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Experienced in dealing with a broad range of both contentious and non contentious employment law matters.
- Have experience of dealing with both employer and employee clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb drafting skills in relation to employment related documents.
- Experience of working to deadlines within a busy team.
The successful candidate for this position can expect to earn a good salary, which will be based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package including an annual leave policy which increases with years of service up to 27 days +bank, discounted gym memberships, pension schemes and much more.
