Employment Solicitor - Non Contentious 

GWR Legal Recruitment are working with one of the East Midlands most prestigious law firms to help them recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to their team in Northampton.

This role will entail dealing with a caseload of mainly non contentious employment law matters for clients in the Education sector. The firm are one of the leading law firms in this sector in the UK and clients include schools, colleges and Universities.

The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE of dealing with employment law matters. You will enjoy and be happy to focus mainly on non contentious work and ideally will have some knowledge and understanding of representing clients in the education sector.

You will be coming in as the go to lawyer for employment in the Northampton office, but will have the support of the Employment law team based in other offices throughout the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to help lead on the development of the Employment team in Northampton and there will be the opportunity to grow the team further should things go as expected. You will be introduced to the firms existing clients as well as having the opportunity to work with the wider team to grow this offering further to other organisations operating in the Education sector.
