Legal Secretary - Leicester
A Solicitors practice in the Leicester are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to their highly regarded private client team.
The successful candidate will be providing support and assistance to a team of lawyers dealing with a range of private client matters including things such as wills, probate, LPAs, tax and trust planning.
Duties may include the following:-
- Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
- File management including filing of documents along with opening of files, closing of files and archiving.
- Dealing with calls into the team and advising accordingly or taking messages.
- Diary Management
- General admin tasks as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:-
- Experience of working in a legal secretarial experience (ideally private client but not essential).
- Strong IT skills including in document production and typing.
- Good attention to detail.
- A clear communicator, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
In addition to the practical experience the successful candidate must be friendly and personable in order to fit into the existing team and to provide a warm and friendly service to all clients that you come into contact with.
