The successful candidate for this position will be expected to demonstrate experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters in their current or previous roles.

Knowledge and experience in dealing with the broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages will be required in order to hit the ground running as a fee earner within this thriving team.
