Senior Court of Protection Solicitor/Team Leader - Cambridge

A Solicitors firm based in central Cambridge is looking to recruit an experienced Court of protection lawyer to their team.

Joining the department as a team leader you will be expected to help lead and manage this specialist COP team, ensuring the high standards expected at the firm are met in terms of the quality of client service.  Day to day you will be expected to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team including a Solicitor and 3 support staff.  You will have the guidance and support of an ex partner, now a consultant and an additional very experienced consultant lawyer who works part time.

Due to the seniority of the position is likely that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience in dealing with court of protection matters. Supervisory experience would be beneficial although not essential if you can show you have the relevant expertise and experience in dealing with this type of work.
